A. We believe in getting you the best hotel really fast. We still anticipate maximum of 4 business hours to complete all formalities required from finding the nearest hotel to your chosen location to the completion of reservation process with the Hotel. Our business hours are from 9am to 7pm; and all transactions that happen after 5pm, may get confirmed only on the next day morning.
Q. Does myPrice mean the cheapest hotel amongst all?
A. No. myPrice does not mean the cheapest. It is priced on Index based on key variables and factors. This is our proprietary methodology and a product innovation.
Q. I made full payment, what are the chances of me getting a confirmed room?
A. Simple. We honor all completed transactions. You ALWAYS have a confirmed room.
Q. When will I receive my Invoice cum Voucher?
A. All formalities and processing time is restricted maximum to 4 business hours from the time of the completed transaction on the platform. Our business hours are from 9am to 7pm; and all transactions that happen after 5pm, may get confirmed only on the next day morning.
